This Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) is published annually to inform you about the quality of water provided and efforts to protect your water source, the onsite aquifer. Water Source

Willow Creek Crossing obtains its water from an onsite aquifer. The system includes three operational wells. Routine maintenance ensures system reliability, including a bladder tank replacement in December 2024. This update was followed by water quality testing and a boil order to ensure safety.

 

Detected Contaminants

Willow Creek Crossing performs regular testing in compliance with Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) standards. Below is a summary of 2024 results:

Health Information

While all detected contaminants were within safe levels, some individuals may be more vulnerable to contaminants in drinking water than the general population. Compliance and Violations

Willow Creek Crossing had no violations of federal or state drinking water regulations in 2024.

 

Steps Taken in 2024

• System Improvements: A bladder tank replacement was completed in December 2024. A boil order was issued during the maintenance, and water quality testing confirmed safety before lifting the order.

• Testing: Monthly bacteria testing was conducted, and all results were within safe limits.

• Preventive Maintenance: Routine checks and upkeep of the system were performed.

• Be mindful of water usage; water is a limited resource.

• Consider filtering water for consumption to remove sediments.

• Dispose of hazardous materials responsibly to protect the aquifer.

• Winter prevention

  • To prevent freezing in winter, allow one faucet to trickle.

  • Ensure heat tape is working properly
